The SRFP training sessions are intended for existing MSMEs that wish to advance and perfect their business knowledge. The training will look to advance business acumen in the fields of business plan development, applying for a loan, financial planning, market development amongst other disciplines.

All trainings have a practical approach to learning, presenting through case studies, and exercises. Ultimately, the goal is to develop the business skills of MSME owners through targeting problems in their operations.

The SRFP trainers are international, regional, and local professionals who have extensive experience in the training subjects and will be able to relate first-hand and provide specialised advice to those attending. Trainings will be held in classrooms and in online forums.

How to apply for a training

Registrations for any of the publicly listed trainings are completed by filling out the application form at the bottom of the training descriptions (right).

The SRFP accepts applications for each of the scheduled training sessions until the module is full. Live classroom trainings have a limit of up to 25 persons, and up to 40 persons for online trainings. We also reserve the right to reject applicants if there are not enough seats in the training sessions.

SRFP plans to organise enterprise development trainings in the following areas:

• Business plan preparation training
• Preparing a bank loan application (including negotiating with a bank)
• Market research
• Risk management
• Financial planning (including working capital / cash-flow and investments)
• Digital marketing
• Applying for IPARD / national government subsidies and agricultural insurance
• Other enterprise development training

SRFP will be holding trainings to support the dairy industry in various regions of Serbia.
